The ConfiPlus
The ConfiPlus is another device designed to stop leakage. It’s an attachment that uses a medical-grade adhesive and soft foam to absorb leakage. It simply fits between the flange and the bag. It’s available in both adult and child sizes. It works whether you have a colostomy, ileostomy, or urostomy. It is a European company and doesn’t appear to be shipping worldwide yet, but it may be worth following and keeping tabs on.

The Couscous Obi is a fashion-forward hernia belt and ostomy cover all-in-one. It’s designed specifically for intimate situations and can be used by both men and women. It’s made by a European brand, Stoma Na Und, but it may be worth the journey!
